Beyond The Screen
With a brand new function space to compliment our existing three screens, Abbeygate Cinema has never been better equipped to bring culture and entertainment to Bury St Edmunds. We’ve already had great feedback from events taking place ‘beyond the screen’. Our recent Food 4 Film dining experience brought another level of immersion to the cult classic Tarantino flick, Pulp Fiction. Comedy at Abbeygate also saw a great turn-out and we’re excited to welcome back our host and his great comedy acts.

Live Event
Abbeygate Cinema invites you to indulge in an evening of laughs for its Live Comedy Night! Local comedians take centre stage and our chefs at No. 4 Restaurant + Bar will be serving our delicious take-in menu!
After the success of the previous event, we’re happy to be making this a regular part of the Abbeygate calendar and look forward to seeing some new faces in the crowd.
