Our Winter Cocktails

Take a look at our new selection of cocktails, designed for a warm and cosy experience this winter. For a spirit forward classic with have the Negroni, as well as the more refreshing West Side (our take on the Southside, made popular by bars in early 20th Century New York). We also have two very different takes on a margarita, with our Festive Margarita and a spicy addition called Some Like it Hot. For coffee lovers we have a quintessential Espresso Martini as well as something a little more unique with our Absolut White. Made with a base of coffee liqueur and Absolut vodka, we use coconut and oat milk to make it dairy free and maple syrup for a rich decadence. Finally there is the iconic New York Sour, a twist on a classic sour cocktail, using a float of Merlot to add a layer of fruity sweetness.
